Kemp Hannon, first elected to the New York State Senate in , is a graduate of Boston College, Fordham Law School and Chaminade High School. He is the Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Health, is the Assistant Majority Whip in the Senate Conference and is also the chair of the Health Budget Subcommittee.
